• Are you working from home or in the office? 

• Have you been struggling to find balance with work, home life and making sure your children are all set for remote learning? 

If you answered 'Yes' to any of these questions, this group is for you! Starting November 11th, join us every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. to connect with other parents going through the pandemic in a non-judgmental and supportive environment to support each other through this difficult time, vent about frustrations and difficulties you may be experiencing, and learn tools to help you relax and cope with the added stressors COVID-19 has placed on you as parents.
